Take a step toward better health!
Walk to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of walking each day can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar, elevate mood and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer and diabetes. Join IHA providers every Saturday at Briarwood Mall for a three-mile walk, where you'll learn about interesting health topics, meet new friends, and improve your health. You'll get to spend time with our providers and an opportunity to ask them questions in an informal, relaxed setting.
Lace up your sneakers and join us at 9:00 am each Saturday. The walk begins in center court, near the Starbucks.
It's fun, free and open to everyone! Registration is not required.
