How to schedule your COVID-19 Vaccine

IHA & St. Joe's Medical Group Primary Care practice locations welcome new & existing patients for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Patients over the age of 18 can schedule their COVID-19 vaccine by clicking on the "Schedule Vaccine" button at the clinic of your choice below. 

Patients age 6 months to 11 can only schedule at specific clinic locations, please ensure the clinic says Pfizer Pediatric Dose before proceeding to schedule online. If you schedule at a clinic that does not have the capability to vaccinate a 5 to 11-year-old, your vaccine appointment will be canceled and there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you at a different location.

COVID-19 vaccine availability for patients ages 6 months to 11 is limited. Our teams are working diligently to increase the number of appointments available for children at IHA Pediatrics practice locations. Thank you for your patience. If you are having trouble finding an appointment with IHA, visit the CDC Vaccine Finder website at vaccines.gov to find a nearby location with vaccine appointments available.

To schedule a Booster Dose please click "Schedule Vaccine" at the location of your choice. On the top left of the schedule, expand the Appointment Type drop-down menu and select "COVID-19 Vaccine Booster" appointment type.

To schedule a Third Dose (for immunocompromised patients) please click "Schedule Vaccine" at the location of your choice. On the top left of the schedule, expand the Appointment Type drop-down menu and select "[Brand] 3rd Dose" appointment type. Be sure to select the same brand you received for both your first and second doses.
