2018-08-09T00:00:00Z | 5 August 8, 2018 | I have changed my blood pressure medication out of necessity, and I had been having problems for two weeks adjusting. My blood pressure spiked very high, and I had pains in my neck and left arm. Worried about stroke or heart attack. The Clinton office (whom I called as Dr. Larson is my physician there) directed me immediately to Milan clinic and to get an appointment same day. I called, they scheduled, and I was so worried I went in one hour too early. They saw me anyway within ten minutes or less. Ashley was very thorough,, checked my heart, recommended how I should take my blood pressure medication, and assessed a strain in my left back/shoulder area. I was so relieved, my blood pressure actually dropped. Even though it was not as serious, this medical coordination could have saved my life, and I am so grateful. I cannot say enough about the entire Clinton clinic and Dr. Larson, Ashley Schwartz and the entire Milan team, and for IHA. I made the switch to IHA about a year and a half ago, and I feel more secure every day working with this system,, having come from a less desirable health system. All I can say is thank you very much. Please keep up this good work. I wish you would consider placing an IHA office nearer to or in Adrian. |

I was unable to see my regular provider as she was out of the office that day, but I was able to see someone else. I was very happy with the quality of care from being checked in to the appointment to check out. She also followed up quickly regarding labs that were drawn. |

So i drove straight to my next appointment within 45 minutes of the office visit. Wow can you believe that awesome service. Dr. Larson also arranged my follow up visit at 7 am this Monday. I ask IHA to evaluate the service given by her office to train other Offices in your group. I recently switched to her office because of the none caring staff and environment at the Clinton IHA office. I drive 30 minutes to see her. I would drive hours to seek her care. The office staff in Milan were all Happy. The culture of a office is so important to patients. Great Job to the Milan Staff. By the way I'm not related to anyone at that office. Just need to provide feedback for greatness! |
