2018-04-21T00:00:00Z | 3.75 April 20, 2018 | The receptionist immediately warned me to not ask any questions not related to a physical or I would be charged an office visit plus the physical. When I asked for clarification she couldn't give it. This left me feeling like I couldn't ask questions about new health concerns, so that part of the experience was bad. |
2018-04-18T00:00:00Z | 2.5 April 17, 2018 | Very unsatisfying. I was called in by my first name to only find after several minutes I was the wrong person. THe nurse had not asked my birthdate or last name. Then had to go back to the waiting room and wait more. Waited more in room without being told why delay. Dr apologized but I felt he treated me like I had the plague and did not touch me or check glands for swelling. |

2018-03-21T00:00:00Z | 1.67 March 20, 2018 | The CNP was just shy of being rude. He appeared to be snarky and didn't really care while I was there. I felt as if I was wasting his time. One of his comments were I guess you're a patient here even though you only been here one time in 2016 for a physical. That was said very sarcastically. I didn't appreciate it. |
