COVID-19 Vaccine

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group primary care locations welcome new and existing patients over the age of 18 to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group pediatrics locations welcome new and existing patients over the age of 12 (and their adult household members) to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Click on the practice location that works best for you. When you get to the practice page, click the "Schedule COVID-19 Vaccine" button to find the most convenient time. If patients aged 12 to 17 schedule an appointment at a clinic that does not offer the vaccination for 12 to 17-year-olds, the vaccine appointment will be canceled. There is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you at a different location.
