  • Our Specialty
    Services
  • Primary care is general healthcare. It is a patient's first point of contact for their health needs. Patients develop lifelong partnerships with their Primary Care Provider (PCP). Your PCP takes ongoing responsibility for providing and managing comprehensive healthcare.
  • With a focus on preventive health and overall well-being, our internal medicine physicians and staff specialize in primary care for adults, and patients with acute and chronic multi-system diseases.

About The Practice

Welcome to IHA Northwest Livonia Primary Care, formerly Primary Care Internal Medicine (Infinity Primary Care)!

We are an IHA group practice providing care for adolescents age 16 to adults. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to our families. We have always appreciated the opportunity to care for our existing patients and welcome new patients to join our care.

IHA Northwest Livonia Primary Care offers same-day appointments for existing patients. Call the practice for more information and to schedule.

IHA Northwest Livonia Primary Care has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
