Jan 2, 2025I'm very happy with this office & staff. They are warm, welcoming, friendly and kind. I basically had to calll 2x/day @3 days because no one had it. They called me back promptly and communicated clearly because there were some issues with my Medicade & the pharmacy staff helped me big time also.
Dec 11, 2024Dr. Michael Francis had compassion and understood me as a human being without the stigma that is out there. I was very defensive at first and he kindly said," maybe we are not a good fit" and was like,"obviously not", but then I realized that I reacted to something I did not even let him explain. I apologized, he accepted and explained what he thought in such a manner where he involved me fully in his decision to treat me and explained everything to me in such a great manner, that I fully understood his position and concerns. Awesome Dr. Thank you
