We are currently using the Bill Fileti IHA CARES Fund to support our healthcare workers who are demonstrating great courage and committment while making personal sacrifices to care for patients throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Your donation will provide emergency financial assistance to our staff who have experienced a devastating life event or are experiencing an extraordinary hardship.
The Bill Fileti IHA CARES Fund is a program to provide emergency assistance to help IHA employees who experience a personal or family loss or other devastating life event. Should an employee qualify for a gift from the Bill Fileti IHA CARES Fund, no repayment is required. William "Bill" J. Fileti was among the founders of IHA and served as CEO from IHA's inception in 1994 until his death in 2017. He was a beloved visionary and leader who consistently lived out the IHA CARES Values. This Bill Fileti IHA CARES Fund was created in his legacy to honor and remember the impact Bill had on his IHA family and to provide a helping hand when our employees need it the most.
